A Long Island native, Chef Jaime trained at Johnson & Wales before honing his craft at some of the country’s most celebrated restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, Craigie on Main, and the two-Michelin-starred Atera, where he served as Chef de Cuisine. With a deep respect for seasonality, sustainability, and the integrity of ingredients, his cooking blends timeless technique with a contemporary spirit.
